Catoo Vega Club is the fruit of the accidental lovely journey of a Key Dresser who worked in the movie business for 37 years in the Wardrobe department who began to cook Vegan dishes for her people during the long months of winter breaks that precede the summer filming rushes. Officially becoming her Plan B dream for her retirement, the catering in the form of a Private Club took off much faster than expected! So here are generous dishes inspired by all cultures, comforting soups and stews, refreshing and nourishing salads, satisfying or decadent desserts and cookies capable of filling any cravings without any animal trace and zero cruelty!
